Raahban publishes admissions, merit, scholarship and entry-test guidance that Pakistani students and parents rely on to make high-stakes decisions. Because these are your-money-or-your-life topics, we hold our content to a strict standard. This policy explains how we research, write, source and maintain everything we publish.
Primary sources first
Every factual claim about merit, syllabus, dates, fees or eligibility is traced to an official primary source — PMDC, HEC, UHS, NUST, UET, or the relevant provincial board — before we publish it.
Dated and versioned
Each guide shows when it was last reviewed. When an official body changes a policy, deadline or pattern, we update the page and refresh its date rather than leaving stale information live.
No fabricated numbers
We never invent merit figures, closing aggregates, fee amounts or statistics. Where an official number is not yet published, we clearly say so instead of guessing.
Student-first clarity
Guides answer the real question first, in plain English (with Urdu where it helps), then add the detail. We avoid clickbait and keep titles honest to what the page delivers.
Separation of guidance and prediction
Merit predictors and aggregate calculators are clearly labelled as estimates based on historical trends — not official results — so families can plan without being misled.
